Job summary

A consulting firm in Riyadh is seeking a Head of Sponsorships & Global Partnerships. This role focuses on driving sponsorship acquisition for the Brilliant Global Competition across the GCC, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving annual sponsorship revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in strategic partnerships and strong negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of Vision 2030 initiatives. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sponsorship sales, fundraising, or strategic partnerships in the GCC.
• Strong network within Saudi Arabia and GCC foundations, government agencies, and corporations.
• Deep understanding of Vision 2030 and GCC national agendas, especially in education, youth, and innovation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sponsorship strategy tailored to GCC markets.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key stakeholders across the GCC.
• Ensure all sponsor deliverables are achieved and maximize sponsor visibility.
• Deliver on annual sponsorship revenue targets and provide sponsors with ROI reports.
