A leading event production company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Procurement Senior Manager responsible for managing procurement activities related to large-scale events. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in event procurement, a solid vendor network in the GCC, and proficiency in procurement systems including SAP Ariba. This hands-on role requires strong negotiation skills, budget control, and fluency in both English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience in the events industry or construction.
• Strong understanding of materials specific to event builds.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day procurement activities for event-related materials.
• Lead the bid management process and manage the full RFP lifecycle.
• Track and report on procurement costs and control budget overruns.
