Responsibilities include developing procurement plans, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies while optimizing costs. This full-time position requires strong leadership and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Purchasing/procurement experience in construction or EPC projects.
• Strong experience working on site‑based construction projects.
• Proven track record in managing high‑value construction materials and long‑lead items.
• Experience in dealing with local and international suppliers.
• Knowledge of contract terms, INCOTERMS, and construction procurement practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all project purchasing activities for construction materials.
• Develop and implement project‑specific procurement plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Planning, and Contracts teams.
• Manage RFQs, bid evaluations, and purchase order awards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Control procurement costs and support cost‑saving initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply chain issues.
