Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years’ experience in commercial management of large-scale infrastructure programmes.
• Chartered to RICS or CIArb is required.
• Experience with major government or semi-government programmes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the commercial strategy and final accounts.
• Supervise the commercial team and manage contract submissions.
• Provide contractual and financial advice to project teams.
• Draft contract documents and prepare commercial reports.
