Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role with a construction business.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP) and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations including general ledger and payroll.
• Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare and review financial statements and budgets.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data for trends.
• Coordinate external and internal audits.
