The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join us in Saudi Arabia.

The role is responsible for building and strengthening strategic partnerships across the full Dental Solutions portfolio, with a strong emphasis on Custom Smiles. It also drives mid‑ and long‑term project opportunities and accelerates commercialization through cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Competencies
Account Understanding
  • Develops a comprehensive 360‑degree overview around the key customer. Engages in facilitating multiple key customer stakeholders through the complex buying processes and applies creative ideas and informal influence to advance through the process. Develops solutions for complex problems, which require strong analytical skills and significant interpretation of data.
Enterprise Relationship
  • Builds and owns relationships with the key stakeholders including C‑suite level and enables establishing collaboration on different levels of organization between Solventum and the key account.
  • Engages and leads cross‑functional teams to drive execution of Strategic Account Plan on the level of respective stakeholders (both business and clinical).
  • Utilizes executive relationships to develop new business models and opportunities incl. leadership for the cross‑functional stakeholders' team from Solventum.
Value Co‑Creation and Communication
  • Creates value for the key account and Solventum by aligning needs and solutions, turning insights on the customer’s strategy into commercial programs. Co‑creates value with the customers beyond products to become a long‑term strategic partner.
  • Creates compelling sales programs and detailed value propositions to convert competitive product usage to opportunities for Solventum and achieve full Dental Solutions portfolio penetration (R&P, Ortho, CSS) with the strong focus on penetration with Custom Smiles Solutions portfolio.
  • Pursues and successfully closes opportunities yielding highest return on investment (ROI). Constructs high‑value new product & portfolio introduction opportunities based on extensive market expertise and broad Solventum product portfolio understanding.
Account Plan Development & Execution
  • Develops and drives aligned Strategic Account Plan focused on customer business challenges as well as growth. Leverages customer/market insight, financial metrics and acumen to aid strategy development, creates complex value proposition to address customer priorities and challenges. Drives execution to improve Solventum’s strategic position and increase account share of wallet with focus products and NPIs.
  • Leads annual growth plan negotiations with the key stakeholders, including preparation of comprehensive customer performance analysis and growth expectations. Responsible for commercial terms development in alignment with the channel manager and the business leader.
Skills, experience, and key capabilities
  • Advanced negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to negotiate solutions to issues before they arise and influence decisions across management levels to achieve mutually desirable business outcomes.
  • Complex problem‑solving skills, conceptual thinking to assess options, making decisions by applying extensive experience and knowledge to solve significantly different problems.
  • Strong interpersonal and influential skills, conflict anticipation skills. High‑level emotional intelligence. Ability to create and cultivate trust with the internal and external stakeholders. Strong team player.
  • Public speaking and presentation skills, effectively delivers content and the message to the audience through the presentation using various presentation techniques.
  • Strong sense of organization and priority management, ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders requiring structured planning and execution.
  • Solid market and industry know‑how (competitors, trends, etc.). Deep knowledge of full Solventum DS portfolio / workstreams and comprehensive value proposition against key competitors in R&P, Ortho and CSS.
  • A bachelor level university/college degree is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in dental digital workstreams.
  • Arabic language native and advanced spoken and written English.
Work location
  • Hybrid (some job duties allow for remote working; presence at the office in Riyadh required around twice a week).
Travel

May include up to 30% (national).
