Job summary

A leading logistics company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory control, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing stock management, supervising receiving and distribution, implementing FIFO procedures, and generating inventory reports. Responsibilities

  • Receive, check, and record all incoming goods and materials.
  • Issue raw materials, packaging, and other items as per approved requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate stock cards, ledgers, and ERP entries for inventory.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of goods.
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, distributing, and maintaining stock.
  • Implement warehouse policies in compliance with company regulations and storage/shipping standards.
  • Provide daily supply orders to the Production Department and coordinate with Purchasing for replenishments.
  • Arrange raw materials systematically for easy access and identification.
  • Apply FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method for raw materials and finished goods.
  • Organize products carefully to avoid damage, breakage, or contamination.
  • Ensure efficient use of warehouse space while complying with health, safety, hygiene, and security regulations.
  • Manage inventory control using ERP and other warehouse management systems.
  • Prepare and generate regular reports such as stock movement, entry/exit logs, and availability reports.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory records.
