What You'll Be Doing

At Chalhoub, creativity is a team effort! Working as a Store Manager you are responsible for driving the store business, building a base of loyal VIP customers by recruiting and retaining them, managing the team and ensuring full adherence to the brand's guidelines and store processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the brand and communicate its values through all interactions.
  • Define and execute store action plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships using data to create future opportunities.
  • Lead and develop the team by recruiting, coaching, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Promote growth mindset and monitor team development and performance improvement plans.
  • Drive an omnichannel customer experience, focusing on clienteling and VIP engagement.
  • Ensure operational excellence by following policies, managing e-commerce orders, and maintaining VM standards.
  • Leverage technology tools to enhance customer experience and train the team on their use.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and HR guidelines while optimizing floor coverage based on traffic data.
