The Center Manager will oversee overall center operations, leading a team of around 10 staff members to ensure smooth execution of teaching and sales activities, take ownership of key metrics such as enrolled student numbers, GMV, and conversion rates, develop and implement marketing and enrollment plans to boost the center’s reputation and performance, build strong relationships with parents and students to ensure high-quality service, and present a detailed opening plan during the interview process.

  • Around 3 years of experience in education center/club operations.
  • PreferenceSaidi nationality, Arabic as mother tongue, and able to communicate and report in English on a daily basis.
  • Professional appearance and good personal image.
  • Preference for candidates who have advanced from sales positions to store/center manager roles.
  • Proven experience managing a team of 10 people.
  • Experience in running a center with around 300 students is an advantage.
  • Strong data‑driven mindset, with accountability for student enrollment numbers, GMV, and conversion rates, and the ability to propose improvement measures.
