Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify health issues and develop appropriate nursing care plans.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  3. Monitor and document patient progress, responding promptly to changes in condition and reporting findings to the healthcare team.
  4. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and disease prevention.
