Staff Assistant - Administrative Support Professional

Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staff Assistant to provide administrative support in our Medina office. This role will primarily focus on assisting the executive team with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executives
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and events
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects as assigned by the executives
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company events or conferences
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Must have a positive attitude and be willing to take on new challenges

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with a competitive salary of $1700 per month. Accommodation can also be provided for qualified candidates who are relocating.
