Job summary

A leading investment firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Project Manager - Technical Design to manage and coordinate the technical design delivery process among various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in large-scale projects, comprehensive knowledge of BIM, and proficiency in project documentation tools. This role requires a deep understanding of construction design coordination and effective communication skills to align project objectives.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience working on large-scale projects.
• Understanding of digital delivery workflows and data-driven design management.
• Familiarity with construction design coordination practices in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical design delivery across all project parties.
• Manage the flow of design documentation on behalf of the Client.
• Liaise with the Lead Design Consultant to track progress of IFC documentation.
• Collaborate with the Management Contractor to oversee subcontractor design deliverables.
• Interface with the Construction Supervision Consultant to review shop drawings.
