Description :

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Advisory team at Marsh Advisory. This role will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The RC Special Projects Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of enterprise‑wide business continuity, crisis management, and disaster recovery frameworks. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance organizational resilience and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

We will count on you to :

Lead the design, development, and deployment of comprehensive BCM, crisis management, and DR strategies aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 22301, ISO 22310).

Conduct detailed risk assessments, Business Impact Analyses (BIA), and vulnerability assessments to identify critical functions and dependencies.

Develop, review, and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans in collaboration with regional and local stakeholders.

Oversee simulation exercises, tabletop drills, and testing protocols to evaluate plan effectiveness and operational readiness.

Provide expert guidance on integrating emerging technologies, automation, and data analytics into resilience strategies.

Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and threat landscapes to proactively adapt resilience frameworks.

What you need to have :

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBCP, MBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer) are preferred.

8‑12 years of experience in business continuity, enterprise risk management, or resilience consulting, with a focus on the IMEA region.

Strong understanding of information security, cybersecurity, and technology risk considerations in resilience planning.

Proven experience in developing and maintaining complex BCM and DR frameworks within multinational or regulated environments.
