Job Purpose

To support business growth by leading technical prequalification and service prescription activities, ensuring maintenance, support, and service scopes are technically defined, specified, and approved in line with customer, consultant, and regulatory requirements, while aligning with approved standards and service capabilities.

Key Accountability Areas
Prequalification Management
  • Prepare, review, and submit technical prequalification documents for maintenance and service scopes in line with customer and authority requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of service–related prequalification packages
  • Follow up on prequalification status and support responses to technical clarifications related to service offerings
Service Prescription & Scope Definition
  • Support inclusion of maintenance, operation, and service add‑ons within technical specifications and contract documents
  • Review service‑related specifications and identify opportunities for scope alignment and compliance
  • Define technical service scopes, methodologies, and deliverables in line with approved service standards
Technical Evaluation & Compliance
  • Review tender documents, technical specifications, and scope of work related to services and maintenance activities
  • Identify gaps, risks, and deviations and recommend compliant service solutions
  • Ensure proposed service scopes comply with applicable standards, codes, and authority requirements
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to support service acceptance and approvals
  • Participate in technical meetings, presentations, and service scope discussions as required
  • Support site assessments and technical evaluations related to maintenance and service activities
Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare and maintain service‑related technical documentation, compliance matrices, and approval records
  • Track prequalification and service prescription activities and provide periodic technical status reports
  • Maintain updated records of approved service scopes, specifications, and submissions
Continuous Improvement
  • Support improvement initiatives related to service prequalification processes, documentation quality, and scope clarity
  • Capture lessons learned and technical feedback to enhance future service offerings
