Furthermore, it has recently joined a larger engineering services group, prioritizing value-added construction services, and has successfully completed over SR 3 billion worth of construction across 60 projects, emphasizing strong customer relationships and outstanding performance.

Work Location: Rotation in Saudi Arabia.

Key Accountabilities

Supervise and oversee site execution of infrastructure works (earthworks, cut & fill, grading, subgrade, subbase, base course, and asphalt works).

Monitor and coordinate the daily activities of site teams, subcontractors, and equipment operators.

Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure accurate implementation.

Plan and organize manpower, materials, and equipment requirements for efficient site operations.

Ensure compliance with project schedules and highlight risks or delays to the Project Manager.

Implement and enforce quality control procedures and safety standards on-site.

Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for inspections, approvals, and progress updates.

Prepare and maintain site reports, daily logs, and progress documentation.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and site supervisors.

Identify and resolve site issues, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to specifications.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects, with strong expertise in earthwork, cut & fill, and road construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, and other relevant software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities effectively.
