Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Fabrication Section Supervisor for Operations to oversee our client’s fabrication activities in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all fabrication processes are efficient, safe, and meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the fabrication team, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
• Plan and schedule daily fabrication operations to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
• Coordinate with project management teams to align fabrication activities with project objectives.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of fabrication work to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Provide training and mentorship to fabrication staff to enhance skills and improve performance.
• Resolve any fabrication-related issues or challenges that arise during the production process.
• Maintain records of materials, processes, and production outputs for reporting and analysis.
