Job description

Responsible for the delivery of high-quality patient care at assigned accounts within his own geographical business area. Assisting the sales team to achieve team sales targets, patient targets and customer satisfaction for the assigned therapies and/or medical products. Utilize marketing tools and professional skills to attain goals as defined by best practice standards. Support Sales team with day-to-day activities and support patients on deliveries/product mix. Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from patients and Product Specialist, answering customer queries, Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare required reports.

PD Training and Education for the pts and their relative and HCP’s.

Job Accountabilities & Activities
  • Provide training and education to customers, sales teams, on product usage, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • PD Training and Education for the pts and their relative and HCP’s.
  • Handling Costumer needs and Scientific concerns.
  • Conduct daily visit with one of his Costumer as per plan and needed.
  • Meet customer needs as first contact & company representative.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Daily report & work running process.
  • Guide customers in the usage of Company products and therapies PD Education.
  • Gather and share with other product Specialist and with line management all possible information.
  • Create networks with HCP’s, Head of Department, and PD unit.
  • Follow-up with patient requirements (Supply and Delivery).
Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or medical/paramedical degree is required.

Required Years of Experience

Minimum 1 years’ experience in a Health care environment.
