Job description
Job Purpose

Help in implementing and optimizing commercial reporting and operational processes to support Corallium’s revenue objectives, ensuring accurate data analysis, timely reporting, and effective coordination with internal teams.

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement and facilitate internal and external reporting processes related to commercial performance, including cost reports, delivery reports, and cashflows.
  • Coordinate with the RSG’s Finance and Account departments to ensure accurate and timely commercial reporting.
  • Collect, analyze, and evaluate commercial data to monitor progress and identify trends on a weekly basis.
  • Plan and develop detailed reports and forecasts for budgets and costs across retail and F&B operations.
  • Support procurement and post-contract administration duties by providing accurate data and documentation.
  • Review and optimize commercial processes to enhance efficiency and compliance with subsidiary standards.
  • Communicate effectively with commercial team members and other internal departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery of reports.
  • Report findings and insights to the Commercial Lead and department head under tight deadlines.
Job Requirements
  • Academic Qualifications: Diploma in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. (Bachelor’s degree Preferred)
