Job Purpose:

The role focuses on purchasing, inventory control, team supervision, and coordination with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily parts operations: purchasing, receiving, storage, and sales.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and minimize obsolete inventory.
  • Develop and implement pricing and sales strategies to achieve profit targets.
  • Manage supplier relationships and warranty/return processes.
  • Support the service team by ensuring timely parts availability.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the parts team to deliver excellent service.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Skills
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in spare parts or after-sales management within the automotive sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory systems (DMS, SAP) and automotive spare parts operations.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
