Spare Parts and Logistics Administrator

Your Responsibilities:

  • Update the logistic information in SAP (Shipping details Tab)
  • Monitor and communicate with suppliers to ensure the confirmed dispatch date.
  • Check & handover all legalized documents to customs broker before shipment arrival date
  • Monitor and communicate with customs broker for shipment release on time with zero demurrage charges.
  • Ensure the claim process for damage materials is matching with insurance company policy.
  • Communicate with AE & FO regarding the damage materials
  • Communicate & follow up with claim status in order to close the subject claim.
  • Communicate with all freight forwarder for RFQ.
  • Define local parts for Zone-spare parts catalogues, following Zone guidelines
  • Establish and update internal pricing for material used in repair sales (WSP)
  • Provide technical support to the Branches regarding parts identification and Sourcing
  • Requests for negotiation of products in case of high volumes and new products
  • Material creation, modification and substitution for local parts in SAP
  • Post GR and GI in SAP

  • Knowledge in elevator and escalators industry is a plus
