- Tobefullyawareofcurrentandfutureservicesofferedbythehotelandtomakesuggestionsforimprovement,expansionorcreationofnewservices.
- Toremaintuptodatewithlocalandinternationaltrendsinthebeauty,healthandleisureservicesthroughinternet,magazinesandotherapplicablemedia.
- ToactivelyupsellalltheappropriateSpa services&productstotheguests.
- Toensurethatthedepartmentaloperationbudgetisstrictlyadheredtomaximisingrevenuesandminimisingexpenses.
- Toachievedaily&monthlysalestargetssetbytheManager.
- ToassisttheManagerinpreparingdaily&monthlyrevenuereports.
- Toconfidentlyrecommendandupselladditionalservicestoguests.Totrytorebookthemwhereeverpossible.
- Toreporttrainingneedstosupervisor/manager
- Toensurethetoweldisplaysarewellstockedintheroomsandtherestroom

- Towriterequisitionsformaintenanceissues.

Qualifications
High Schooloranyhigherqualification. A minimum of 1yearexperiencein asimilarpositionpreferablyinthehospitalityindustry.
