Job Summary

The Service Associate for Spa and Health Club is responsible for providing guest service by administering Spa and Salon bookings in accordance with established procedures and standards. The incumbent also contributes to the revenues of the cost center through active selling of the retail products available and enrolling guests into spa membership programs.
