Job Summary

The Service Associate for Spa and Health Club is responsible for providing guest service by administering Spa and Salon bookings in accordance with established procedures and standards. The incumbent also contributes to the revenues of the cost center through active selling of the retail products available and enrolling guests into spa membership programs.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all clients are handled in a professional and efficient standard of excellence.
  • Control and account for all transactions processed at the reception desk.
  • Respond to all telephone calls and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Actively promote and sell all available services.
