Role Summary

This role provides services to clients in the solutioning and delivery of complex projects and programs, including advanced application and system integration initiatives. The individual will be accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle of complex engagements — from requirements gathering through design, implementation, deployment, and production support. Acting as both a technical and architectural leader, they ensure solution integrity and successful delivery while driving innovation through modern hybrid cloud approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and delivery for complex application and system integration projects across hybrid cloud environments.
• Provide technical, architectural, and project management leadership to ensure solution quality, scalability, and security.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from system requirements and solutioning through deployment and production stabilization.
• Engage directly with clients to articulate the foundations and business value of Red Hat and OpenShift platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, business, and vendor stakeholders) to design and implement integrated solutions.
• Apply hybrid approaches to redesign processes and applications, accelerating digital and business transformation across industries.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and industry best practices throughout the delivery cycle.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, promoting innovation and adoption of next-generation hybrid cloud technologies.
