Arabian Pristine Crossing Point Company (APCPL) (arabianpcpl.com) – A Joint Venture Company of Arabian Pumps, KSA (arabianpumps.com) & Pristine Crossing Point Ltd (PCPL), Bangladesh (pcplbd.com) operating in Renewable Energy Sector- invites applications from Multinational Candidates for immediate appointment to the Solar PV Engineer (Implementation) post.

We are seeking an experienced Solar PV Engineer (Implementation) who will manage all aspects of assigned solar PV projects and ensure their timely completion. The candidate should have strong knowledge of system solutions, design, planning, implementation, and operations.

The Solar PV Engineer (Implementation) will be responsible for executing solar PV projects at the site level, ensuring quality installation, supervising technical teams, conducting inspections, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring timely project completion according to standards and safety requirements.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in solar PV engineering, with at least 1 year working in Saudi Arabia/UAE in the same field.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic (speaking and writing), Bengali preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands‑on experience in implementing, and commissioning On‑Grid, Off‑Grid, and Hybrid solar PV systems as well as ESS.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia’s grid standards, electrical & electronics compliance requirements, and SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) regulations.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are certified in relevant areas (e.g., SCE Registration, SEC‑approved Solar PV Engineer, or equivalent).
  • Expertise in solar PV simulation and design software such as PVsyst, SketchUp, Helioscope, etc.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and conduct on‑site visits in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven experience in project implementation, commissioning, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of solar projects from conception through implementation to commissioning.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage, prioritize, and resolve all activities and issues that may impact on the overall solar PV system performance.
  • Plan the overall of personnel, equipment, and materials to meet the requirements of the solar PV system.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and seek cost‑effective solutions without compromising quality.
Qualifications & Certifications
  • B.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
  • SEC Solar PV Engineer approval (preferred).
