A leading homeware retail company located in Dammam, KSA, is seeking to hire a Social Media Specialist.

Position Overview

The Social Media Specialist, reporting to the Marketing Manager, is responsible for managing and growing the company's social media presence in alignment with business strategies and overall marketing direction.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and the company website.
  • Plan and create monthly online marketing communication strategies for all channels.
  • Plan and execute online advertising campaigns.
  • Manage online artwork and content creation.
  • Coordinate daily operations of social media channels with the social media agency.
  • Handle budgets for online communication channels, monthly initiatives, and yearly requirements.
  • Prepare month-end reports for all online channels.
  • Implement influencer marketing strategies.
  • Manage online customer service.
  • Develop and distribute e-newsletters.
  • Conduct online research and discover new opportunities for online brand growth.
  • Create processes and print vouchers for online initiatives.
  • Manage website content and liaise directly with the website agency.
  • Set yearly targets for all online channels and develop action plans to achieve them.
  • Enhance digital media presence and continuously develop online communication channels.
Additional Duties
  • Manage weekend offers.
  • Conduct market research on competitors, both online and offline.
  • Perform reporting and data analysis as delegated, including weekly sales performance, voucher distribution, and consumer insights.
Additional Requirements
  • Own a car and have a driving license.
Job Skills
