Role Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team in Khobar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and helping strengthen the company’s online presence.

This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media content strategies across various platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create and publish high-quality content including posts, stories, captions, and basic video editing.
  • Manage daily social media operations, including scheduling, posting, and responding to messages and comments.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports to track growth and engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
  • Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Suggest creative ideas for campaigns and online activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or companies.
  • Strong content creation skills (writing captions + basic design).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar editing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work creatively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media insights and analytics.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Perferred Skills
  • Basic photography or videography skills.
  • Ability to identify trends and create trending content.
  • Knowledge of paid ads is a plus (not required).
