• Experience: 5–7 years in Strategy Management, PMO, or Corporate Planning.
• Strong experience in developing, monitoring, and evaluating strategic plans and organizational performance.
• Ability to manage KPIs, balance scorecards, and strategy dashboards.
• Experience in coordinating with different departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Strong background in project management, including tracking initiatives, risks, and progress reports.
• Proficiency in strategy tools such as OKRs, KPIs, BSC, and project tracking systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Preferably experience in industrial, energy, or services sectors (can be adjusted based on need).
