Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Sitecore Developer experience.

• Experience hosting Sitecore apps on Azure and with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiar with Solr, Coveo, or Azure Search is a plus.
• Solid front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sitecore Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good background in Sitecore development, web content management, and integration with third-party tools. As a Sitecore Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Sitecore-based solutions to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites and applications using Sitecore Experience Platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Design and implement Sitecore templates, components, and layouts.
• Customize and extend Sitecore features using ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Sitecore APIs.
• Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems and APIs (e.g., CRM, analytics, or marketing automation tools).
• Optimize Sitecore performance and scalability, including caching strategies and search functionality (e.g., Solr or Coveo).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Sitecore implementations.
• Stay updated with the latest Sitecore features, tools, and best practices to implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to development standards through code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Sitecore Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Sitecore CMS, C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, and .NET Framework/Core.
• Experience with Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) and Headless/JSS Development.
• Proficiency in database systems, including MySQL and SQL Server.
• Working experience in hosting Sitecore applications on Azure.
• Familiarity with Sitecore architecture, content management, and personalization features.
• Experience with search engines like Solr, Coveo, or Azure Search.
• Strong knowledge of the technical architecture of Sitecore-based applications and their associated configurations.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Solid knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sitecore Certification(s) (e.g., Sitecore Certified Developer).
• Experience with multi-site, multi-language Sitecore implementations.
• Familiarity with Sitecore Commerce or Sitecore Marketing Automation.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
