SHE Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to Unilever SHE policies and local legal requirements in offices, warehouses, and transportation operations. Maintain and update SHE documentation, risk assessments, and legal registers for non-make sites. Support audits and inspections; track and close corrective actions. 2. Risk Management Conduct SHE risk assessments for offices, warehouses, and logistics partners. Implement controls for fire safety, chemical storage, ergonomics, and occupational health in non-make environments. Monitor contractor and transporter compliance with SHE standards. 3. Road Safety Develop and implement road safety programs for transporters and company vehicles. Monitor driver behavior, vehicle conditions, and compliance with journey management protocols. Lead initiatives to reduce road traffic incidents and improve fleet safety performance. 4. Training & Capability Building Deliver SHE training for office staff, warehouse teams, and transport partners. Promote awareness campaigns on health, safety, and environmental topics. Support emergency preparedness drills and first-aid training. 5. Performance Monitoring Track SHE KPIs for non-make operations (e.g., incident rates, near misses, road safety metrics). Prepare monthly reports and share insights for continuous improvement. Support sustainability initiatives related to waste, energy, and carbon reduction in offices and warehouses. **Experiences & Qualifications** 3 years of experience in safety supervisory role, preferably in logistics, warehousing, FMCG or oil and gas.Knowledge of local SHE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
