We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Freelance – Site Manager to oversee the setup, management, and breakdown of event sites during a project-based assignment. The role will ensure all event sites are prepared on time, safely managed throughout, and dismantled efficiently after completion. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and vendors under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate all on-site activities during event build-up, live event days, and dismantling phases
  • Ensure site layouts are prepared, marked, and delivered in line with event requirements and safety standards
  • Supervise crews, contractors, and vendors involved in setup and breakdown
  • Enforce health, safety, and compliance protocols across the site
  • Act as the main point of contact with event organizers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor site progress against project timelines and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Oversee logistics, equipment, and resources to maximize efficiency on‑site
  • Ensure the site insider properly restored and cleansed post‑event
