We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee our construction projects in Dammam and Jeddah, KSA. The role involves managing on‑site activities, coordinating with suppliers and design teams, and ensuring delivery to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate material deliveries and ensure correct storage and usage on site
  • Manage installation activities and ensure compliance with design requirements
  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to execute drawings accurately
  • Lead on‑site staff and subcontractors
  • Ensure full compliance with airport safety regulations
  • Monitor quality and resolve design/material issues on site
  • Act as main point of contact for the client and airport stakeholders
  • Maintain site records and progress reports
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years site management experience in construction
  • Strong exposure to standing seam roofing/façade / metal works
  • Experience on large‑scale projects; airport experience preferred
  • Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or similar
  • Ability to read drawings and coordinate technical details
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Saudi building regulations & airport procedures an advantage
  • Familiarity with construction/project management tools
