Job Summary

As a Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in the execution of our groundbreaking entertainment and theme park projects. You’ll oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring that designs are implemented with precision, safety, and efficiency. This role demands technical expertise, proactive coordination, and a passion for delivering exceptional visitor experiences through world-class infrastructure.

Job Description
  • Supervise daily site operations and ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines and quality standards
  • Monitor site safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and provide engineering solutions as needed
  • Prepare progress reports, maintain site documentation, and support project planning
  • Assist in material procurement, inventory tracking, and resource allocation
  • Liaise with consultants and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover procedures
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture (Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, ).

3+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

Knowledge of project management, planning, and contract management.

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in theme park or large-scale projects is a plus.
