About the Role

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our regional sales team as a Simulation and Test Solutions (STS) Sales Specialist. In this role you will lead the charge in expanding our STS footprint across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, growing existing customer installs and driving market share growth. The location of this role is Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with travel required throughout the Middle East region.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Drive new logo acquisition across a defined set of high-potential target accounts in the region.
  • Sell the full Siemens STS simulation portfolio, with a focus on value-based messaging.
  • Develop and execute account plans at, for existing customers, in collaboration with Account Orchestrators, aligning simulation solutions to customer business challenges.
  • Lead technical sales engagements, navigating complex buying cycles and influencing key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Renewals) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and long-term growth.
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecast accurately, and contribute to strategic territory planning.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
  • Proven experience in simulation software sales, e.g. Simcenter, STAR-CCM, HyperWorks or competitive solutions.
  • A strong track record in new business development, with an ability to identify opportunities, win new logos, and successfully displace competitors in the simulation space.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills enable confident engagement with stakeholders at all levels, helping to navigate complex sales cycles and drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • Willingness to travel across the region (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar) as needed.
