Description

In this role, you will maximize the sales and bottom line of the assigned showroom while enhancing the company’s image and providing the best service to clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve showroom monthly and yearly target and propose a monthly plan to General Manager showing methods and follow ups to achieve sales target.
  • Review daily sales to assess performance and market situation. Following up all the potential clients and showroom visitors and send report (daily, weekly and monthly) to the sales manager include all the showroom visitors.
  • Following up all the proposed designs and check/correct it if needs before presenting to the clients.
  • Direct and control the Retail staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales targets and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
  • Check, complete and correct all the production orders that are sent by sales team based on check list and send it to the technical department.
  • Conduct training to staff on sales techniques, cross selling, customer service, Visual merchandise maintenance, introducing promotions, handling objections, etc.
  • Support the team in taking the right decisions on all daily activities. In addition, following up and inspect the showroom display daily to make sure all the display components (cabinets, appliances, sinks & mixers, countertop and accessories Etc) in good condition.
  • Evaluate the non-moving display and review solutions with Sales manager, in addition to changing the showroom display accordingly.
  • Maintain close eye on the stock in the showrooms and make sure to review inventories on 6 months’ basis in their location. Reports to be sent to Accounting.
  • Develop weekly team attendance for all showroom staff, as per company’s standards.
  • Maintain close relationship with important clients.
  • Monitor & close internal tickets with other departments, and their escalation.
  • Maintain proper implementation of the approved merchandising standards.
  • Ensure that the preparations for the seasonal activities and promotions are done ahead of time (communication & regular meetings for implementation)
  • Daily follow up over the quality of the execution of all activities: Site Measurements, We Transfer executions, Sales Orders, transfers, Deliveries, Refunds.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the team to pulse the market and identify new opportunities or problems requiring interference or support.
  • Keep close monitor over the receivables & payables with the coordination of Accounting department.
  • Communicate with procurement department to ensure PO’s or new collection are received on time.
  • Make sure, on a daily basis, that all data are inserted in detail in CRM & BC regarding all customer data, activities (site visits, showroom visit).
  • Continuous control and Update of CRM internal and customer tickets.
  • Communicate with sales manager regarding any update needed in the Forms or processes; in order to update them with quality Assurance department.
