Showroom Manager – Kitchen Line (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 per month SAR

Nationality Preference: Lebanese or Syrian

Experience Required: 5 years previous experience as a Showroom Manager in the kitchen line industry in Riyadh

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: General Manager

Manages: Showroom Supervisors & Sales Consultants

This role is perfect for someone who excels in team management, customer engagement, and operational efficiency while maintaining high showroom standards.
Job Purpose

To maximize showroom sales, enhance customer experience, and uphold the brand’s premium image by effectively managing sales consultants, showroom operations, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Performance Management
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets; present sales plans and follow‑ups to management.
  • Monitor daily sales, assess performance, and follow up with all showroom visitors and potential clients.
  • Review and validate all proposed kitchen designs before client presentations.
Team Leadership & Training
  • Motivate, coach, and train showroom staff on sales techniques, client handling, cross‑selling, and product knowledge.
  • Conduct periodic performance evaluations and onboarding assessments.
Showroom Operations & Quality Control
  • Ensure showroom displays (cabinets, appliances, sinks, countertops, accessories) are in excellent condition.
  • Identify non‑moving display items and propose solutions or layout changes.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks every six months, and report to accounting.
  • Oversee staff attendance and adherence to company standards.
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with high‑value clients.
  • Ensure proper handling of site measurements, deliveries, transfers, refunds, and sales orders.
  • Oversee internal tickets between departments and manage escalations.
Reporting & Coordination
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports (sales, visitors, conversion rates, performance, inventory, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely receipt of POs and new collections.
  • Communicate with the quality assurance team and management for process updates and improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree / College Diploma / Technical Degree
  • Fluency in English
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in sales, marketing, or showroom management
  • Must have previous experience managing kitchen line showrooms
