We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for a GRC ServiceNow Consultant to take on the following responsibilities :

• Lead the technical implementation and configuration of ServiceNow GRC applications (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, etc.)
• Customize and integrate ServiceNow solutions in line with the client’s risk and compliance workflows
• Collaborate with functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure integration with other platforms and tools (internal and third-party)
• Define and apply technical best practices to ensure performance, security, and maintainability
• Support user training, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities
• Provide documentation and ensure alignment with governance and audit standards

Profile required

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a GRC ServiceNow Consultant
• Senior GRC TC with at least 3 complete implementation cycles

Skills & Expertise:

• Languages: Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.

Personal Qualities:

• Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in a similar role is required.
