Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect / Business Consultant to join a leading organization in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have deep ServiceNow product knowledge and a proven track record in architecting and implementing enterprise solutions. This role requires fluency in Arabic and a strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise.

• Provide expert consultancy on ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, and other enterprise applications.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align ServiceNow capabilities with organizational needs.

• Develop solution roadmaps, architectural blueprints, and best practices.

• Ensure successful integration of ServiceNow solutions with existing IT landscapes.

• Mentor and guide junior consultants and developers.

• Drive adoption of ServiceNow best practices and governance frameworks.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English.

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect or Senior Business Consultant.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow products and modules.

• Experience with enterprise architecture, solution design, and implementation.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.

Preferred:

• ServiceNow Certified Architect or relevant ServiceNow certifications.

• Experience in large-scale enterprise deployments in the Middle East.
