Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and technical governance across multiple ServiceNow modules
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable platform solutions
• Collaborate with developers, process owners and stakeholders to ensure optimal platform performance
• Provide expert‑level guidance on ServiceNow best practices, integrations and upgrades
• Stay ahead of product developments and drive innovation across ServiceNow projects

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven track record as a ServiceNow Architect (3 years in architecture; 6 years overall)
• Strong experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB or SecOps modules
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow integrations, workflows and platform architecture
• Certified at least as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS); additional certifications (CTA, CAD) are advantageous
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
