Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining Lucy products, troubleshooting technical issues, and documenting service visits. Job Purpose

Solving technical / Automation issues faced by clients using Lucy product related to either quality of product supplied, or damage caused by end user due to handling or maloperation.

Job Context

The role will support the energy service department to attend all claims located in the ES area or at site. The position will be based in Dammam and will further attend sites throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Smart unit configuration, troubleshooting issues and repair reporting

Key Accountabilities

• Maintenance and service of all Lucy products.
• Perform and demonstrate correct operation of Lucy product; carrying out inspection at site and on shop floor.
• Analyzing client issues.
• Carry out limited local mechanical and electrical repair.
• Document site visit, fault analysis and any remedial action taken or proposed.
• Ensure daily targets are achieved.
• Ensure work is carried out in a safe environment.
