Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage customer data and interactions using our CRM system.
• Develop proposals for various services including Cyber Security.
• Coordinate service delivery activities and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Interact with customers to understand needs and address inquiries.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
