The opportunity

Responsible for the driving, implementing, reporting and monitoring of the progress of the service sales strategy, developing trends for identifying and winning new business, developing contract strategy and project proposals based on policies, customer requirements, budgets and timescales ensuring they meet agreed technical standards.

Responsibilities
  • Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring the progress of the service sales strategy; developing trends for identifying and winning new business.
  • Developing contract strategy and project proposals based on policies, customer requirements, budgets and timescales to meet agreed technical standards.
  • Identifying, discussing, reviewing, and negotiating the contract baseline and other documents; ensuring compliance and maximizing financial and operational performance.
  • Documenting any changes or amendments that happen during contract execution that affect the scope.
  • Assessing and monitoring the success/deviations of contracts to identify necessary changes.
  • Ensuring the timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects, cooperating with technical, financial, legal staff, and client representatives.
  • Providing support and advice on new potential business opportunities while demonstrating a strong legal knowledge base/terminology.
  • Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from managers, coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower-level professionals.
