Job Description

Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Completing assigned tasks by coordinating service staff activities, recognizing and meeting customer needs, maximizing output, controlling costs, and ensuring safety and high standards of work.
  2. Organizing documentation such as materials, invoices, PODs, SDRF, and preparing for audits.
  3. Performing additional duties as assigned by the TP&S Team Leader, including O&M and other jobs.
  4. Controlling activities of customer service staff, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
  5. Interacting daily with customers and coordinating with commercial and field service teams on customer sites.
  6. Reviewing services, liaising with sales and engineers to understand customer requirements.
  7. Preparing work schedules, allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  8. Processing orders and material requests, following up on delivery.
  9. Submitting monthly reports and informing the line manager of progress and customer needs.
  10. Ensuring work is within budget and schedule, and promoting Veolia products and service quality.
  11. Complying with QHSE regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

Experience of 1-3 years in the same field.
