Job Summary:

We are looking proactive and customer-oriented Service Assistant to provide premium service tailored to each client’s needs while upholding the highest standards of the Porsche brand. The Service Assistant will support the Service Advisor and After Sales team in ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer experiences, and professional communication across all service touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a premium customer experience aligned with brand standards.
  • Understand and apply all steps of the service process and departmental structures.
  • Support the Service Advisors with acquisition activities, marketing campaigns, and customer follow-ups.
  • Promote the full range of vehicle parts, Porsche Driver’s Selection (PDS), and Tequipment.
  • Answer phone calls, manage voicemail, and assist with initial customer inquiries.
  • Record customer needs and vehicle damages during vehicle reception using e-VHC.
  • Coordinate customer appointments and confirm scheduling details with the Service Advisor.
  • Prepare and organize customer appointments, ensuring all necessary information is updated in the system.
  • Assist in estimating service costs and timelines while keeping customers informed throughout the process.
  • Arrange and coordinate replacement or courtesy vehicles, ensuring inspections upon delivery and return.
  • Generate and hand over customer invoices to the Service Advisor.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all customer-related data and administrative tasks.
  • Compile and report daily visitor statistics for the Porsche Centre.
  • Ensure the reception area and workstations are tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and promote a clean, organized work environment.
  • Foster teamwork, cooperation, and professional communication across departments.
  • Demonstrate honesty, initiative, and a customer-first attitude in all interactions.
Skills
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
