Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Service Advisor to represent BYD in Saudi Arabia. You will deliver a seamless aftersales experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Relationships: Develop strong, long-term connections with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
• Achieve Targets: Drive monthly revenue through strategic upselling and effective discount management.
• Consult & Deliver: Provide expert advice and ensure vehicles are serviced correctly the first time.
• Keep Customers Informed: Update customers on vehicle progress, maintaining on-time delivery commitments.
• Resolve Concerns: Handle customer complaints efficiently to maintain high service scores.
• Adhere to Standards: Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a premium customer experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive products and processes.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills; fluency in English required, Arabic is a plus.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with workshop teams and managers and flexible to extended hours as needed.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with Reception Managers, Aftersales Managers, and Workshop Teams to meet sales targets, deliver exceptional service, and achieve outstanding performance evaluations.
