Job description

Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Buyer responsible for procurement activities, including vendor identification, registration, technical specification review, bidding, vendor selection, negotiations, reviewing contracts, and finalizing agreements, with support from outsourced vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage, execute, and archive high-value procurement contracts.
  2. Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance with policies and laws, safeguarding the company's interests.
  3. Negotiate contract terms, including price, availability, customization, and delivery schedules.
  4. Coordinate re-negotiations and revisions of contracts post-expiry.
  5. Conduct procurement processes and vendor selection in collaboration with requesting departments.
  6. Advise departments on procurement matters, including external contractors.
  7. Perform any additional activities as required by the business.
Requirements:

Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years in procurement and contracts.

Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
