We are looking to hire a Senior Warehouse Supervisor with at least 3 years of similar experience in KSA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse and logistics staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Assign tasks and manage schedules to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Conduct regular cycle count audits and reconciliations with the customer system.
• Develop and implement warehouse and logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs & control overtime of the employees.
• Utilize warehouse and logistics management systems (WMS and LMS) for tracking and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct safety training sessions and maintain safety records.
• Plan and oversee inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers and clients.
• Supervises the use of heavy machinery such as reach trucks or forklifts, which are used to pick and transport products.
• Oversee loading and unloading processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse and logistics operations, inventory status, and staff performance.
• Generate reports on logistics performance, including delivery times, costs, and efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Address and resolve any issues related to warehouse and logistics operations impacting customer service.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of warehouse and logistics equipment.
• Monitor and control operational expenses to meet budgetary requirements.
• Meets warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information, monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with warehouse and logistics operations.
• Perform other tasks as required by the Business Requirement.
