They are seeking a SENIOR UX/UI Designer to work on site in the Middle East, with fully supported relocation. This is not a remote opportunity.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• 5+ years in UX/UI design, with the last 3 years focused on mobile games.
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile game UI work and Unity integration.
• Proficiency in Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Advanced experience with Unity UI systems (UGUI, TextMeshPro, Animator, etc.).
• Experience with live games and iterative design based on analytics.
• Mentoring experience; ability to structure and grow junior designers and encouraging team collaboration.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to write clear documentation, making complex ideas clear, concise, and compelling.
• Attention to detail from both technical and artistic perspectives.
• Strong proactive problem-solving and intuitive development skills.
• Passionate gamer with an eye for details. Understanding of the industry, market, and target audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in graphic design or equivalent is preferred.
