Overview

Responsibilities
  • Handle the UI/UX design process from concept through execution, working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
  • Conduct user research, create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to guide design development.
  • Analyze data and make decisions on how to improve a product’s design.
  • Brainstorm design ideas that meet business objectives and priorities.
  • Design interfaces that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure designs are effectively implemented and maintain alignment with project goals.
  • Assess creative work to ensure ideas are as powerful in reality as they are in concept.
  • Lead the creation, execution, and continuous evolution of brand guidelines, inspiring creative excellence by pushing their boundaries.
  • Ensure timely delivery of designs while maintaining high quality.
  • Ensure that all design elements are responsive, accessible, and optimized for both web and mobile applications.
  • Mentor junior UI/UX designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards and processes.
  • Advocate for users by testing early designs and providing user‑focused implementation suggestions.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience. Previous experience of both B2C and B2B products is a plus.
  • Knowledge and understanding of design thinking or human‑centered thinking/design.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing clean, intuitive and responsive interfaces.
  • Experience designing across multiple platforms and viewports.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, and/or Figma.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JS is a plus.
  • Experience with dashboards and data visualization is a big plus.
  • Solid experience with user‑centric design (but know when to break the rules).
  • Problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and concepts.
  • Experience in banking for Fintech.
