Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of tendering / estimation experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience in pre-contract tendering for Buildings projects.
• Able to develop rate analyses using market quotations.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents and confirm scope completeness.
• Prepare priced BOQ covering all relevant costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and engineering teams for RFQs.
